TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the ‘Claim a Free 4.0Ah Battery When You Buy Any STANLEY® FATMAX® V20 Kitted Product promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood our Privacy Notice at stanleyblackanddecker.com/privacy-policy/global-privacy-policy. Please also see how we limit our liability to you in the “Liability” section below.

1. The Promoter of this promotion is Stanley Black & Decker UK Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registered company number 07059991 and registered office address at 270 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4DX (“Promoter”).

ELIGIBILITY

2. This Promotion is open to purchases made between 07 July 2025 and 17 August 2025 (“Purchase Period”).

3. This Promotion opens for claims on 07 July 2025 and closes on 31 August 2025 (“Entry Period”). All claims must be submitted by 23:59:59 on 31 August 2025 (“Closing Date”). Claims for purchases made before 07 July 2025, or after 17 August 2025, will be deemed invalid. Claims made after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

4. To be eligible to Claim one (1) of only three thousand (3,000) units of the STANLEY® FATMAX® 18V V20 4.0Ah Battery - SFMCB204-XJ (“Redemption Product”) available under this redemption promotion (the “Promotion”), participants must purchase as new (and not second hand) any STANLEY® FATMAX® 18V V20 kitted product, excluding bare unit only, battery only and charger unit only purchases (each a “Qualifying Product”). See Section 9 for more detail. Purchase must be made in one transaction and on one receipt (“Qualifying Purchase”) during the Entry Period from a Qualifying Retailer and, participants must submit their claim to the Promoter (“Claim”), before 23:59:59 on 31.08.25 in accordance with the Claim Process below and these terms and conditions.

5. There is a strictly limited number of 3,000 units in total of the Redemption Product available which will be awarded to the first 3,000 Valid Claims (defined below in section 12). Redeeming a Redemption Product is not guaranteed as it is possible that the total volume of Redemption Products will already be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

6. Only one Claim per Participant and one claim per Qualifying Purchase and one claim per household is permitted. Only the first Valid Claim in respect of a household will be eligible under this Promotion.

7. Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entering a Claim and a resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland only) or the Republic of Ireland (“Participant”). The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Promoter or any promotion administrator or prize provider, their families and households and anyone else professionally involved or associated with the Promotion. Promoter reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Promoter reasonably considers necessary.

8. Qualifying Products must be purchased from an authorised retailer in the UK or Republic of Ireland, except for the Excluded Retailers (defined below in section 10) and, where the Qualifying Products have been supplied to such retailers by the Promoter or Promoter’s authorised distributors in the UK or Republic of Ireland (please check with your retailer for further information to avoid disappointment) (a “Qualifying Retailer”).

9. The only Qualifying Products are:

10. Purchases of Qualifying Products from private sellers on eBay (selling products as new or otherwise) and third-party sellers on Amazon (i.e., not Amazon EU Sarl) whether fulfilled by Amazon or not (the “Excluded Retailers”) are not eligible for this Promotion.

11. Participants must keep the Qualifying Product for a period of at least 30 days from the date of purchase. If the Qualifying Product is returned within this period, the Promoter will be entitled to claim back the Redemption Product.

CLAIM PROCESS

12. To make a claim, Participants must complete the online claim form for this promotion available at: www.stanleytools.eu/uk/v20-redemption Participants must:

a. Provide their details, full name, address, email, telephone number, Qualifying Product and Qualifying Retailer details.
b. Upload a copy (JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF are all acceptable) of your purchase receipt for the Qualifying Purchase (which must include the date of purchase, name of retailer, price and product name or model number of the Qualifying Product(s) purchased (“Claim”).
c. Read and accept these terms and conditions.
d. Once you have submitted your Claim in accordance with these terms and conditions, a message will appear on screen informing you that your entry has been successfully submitted along with an automated confirmation email.
e. Only those claims which comply with the Eligibility & Restrictions to Enter set out above, will be considered valid (“Valid Claim”).
f. Closing Date for claims is 23:59:59 on 31/08/2025.

13. Participants who need help with their claim, are unable to upload their proof of purchase and/or who are unable to enter online should email Promoter at: StanleyRedemption@sbdinc.com on or before 17:00 on the Closing Date. The Promoter is not liable for late entries howsoever caused.

14. Following Participant’s submission of their Claim on or before the Closing Date, Promoter will check the validity of Claims via a fulfilment partner, BeValued (BE2B). BE2B will email Participants to confirm the next steps of the claim process, including whether or not Participant has a Valid Claim and/or is eligible to receive the Redemption Product (“Confirmation Email”). Fulfilment to UK addresses will be carried out by BE2B and fulfilment to addresses in ROI will be fulfilled by Bizequip. Promoter will not process any Claim received after the Closing Date nor contact the Participant in respect of such Claims.

REDEEMING YOUR FREE GIFT

15. Valid Claims will be sent a Confirmation Email stating their claim is accepted and should allow 35 days from the date their Claim was accepted to receive the Redemption Product to the delivery address provided in the claim form. Participants are encouraged to check their junk folders for this email to ensure it is received.

16. Where the Promoter is unable to meet this deadline Participants will be informed of the time frame within which the Redemption Product is expected to be received (“Revised Date”); if the Redemption Product has not been received by the later of the Revised Date and 35 days from the Confirmation Email Participants are invited to contact the Promoter within 5 days of such date at: StanleyRedemption@sbdinc.com. Regrettably, claims pursued after this time will not be accepted.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Redemption Product with another product of similar value in the event the Redemption Product is not available. The Redemption Product is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other products.

18. To qualify for extended 3-year warranty you must register your purchased Qualifying Product and the free Redemption Product in your online MY STANLEY® account at www.stanleytools.co.uk. Batteries are excluded from extended warranty and qualify for a 12-month warranty only.

19. To register your purchased Qualifying Product and free Redemption Product on My STANLEY:

a. First create an account if not already existing.
b. Click on ‘My Toolbox’ then ‘Register a Tool’ and complete the product and purchase information including a copy of your proof of purchase or receipt for the Qualifying Product within 28 days of the purchase.
c. Click on ‘Register a Tool’ and repeat this process to register the free Redemption Product with a copy of your confirmation email stating your free gift is on the way to you within 30 days of the date of the email.

LIABILITY

21. The Promoter and its fulfilment partners, BE2B and Bizequip, reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all Claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid, or repetitive claims including, without limitation, and to require the Participant to prove that it did not return the Qualifying Product purchased within the period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

22. Claims for returned Qualifying Products, Claims or entries in bad faith or fraudulent Claims or entries will be invalidated.

23. The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents or delays the Participant from or otherwise obstructs the Participant to submit a Claim under the Promotion. Claims made by fax, telephone, or email, will not be accepted. Illegible incomplete or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions.

24. Promoter will collect and process a Participant’s personal data as necessary to administer the Promotion. The Promoter will process the Participant’s personal data in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.stanleyblackanddecker.com/privacy-policy. Participants can request access to their personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending a request via this link: www.stanleyblackanddecker.com/data-privacy-policy-inquiry-form.

25. Third Parties: Promoter may use third parties (MLP) operating under Promoter’s instructions for purposes of administrating this Promotion. Such parties may have access to Participant’s personal data to verify Claims and deliver the Redemption Product.

26. The Promoter will have no liability for any delay in informing Participants that they are eligible to receive the Redemption Product and/or the delivery of the Redemption Product.

27. All taxes incurred as a result of the Redemption Product offered in this Promotion are the sole responsibility of the applicable Participant.

28. These terms and conditions are final and non-negotiable.

29. Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

30. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence and so far, as is permitted by law the Promoter and its affiliated companies and agents accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or di appointment incurred or suffered by Participants as a result of making a claim under the Promotion, accepting the Redemption Product or from any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion.

31. This Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and both Participants and Promoter irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
