I like how easy it is to select a certain tool from the bag due to all the pockets. Also I like having a backpack tool bag as I always owned a single strap tool bag, which put strain on my shoulders.
While carrying the backpack the straps often feel like thay are slipping off your shoulders. If you could design a quick release buckle between the 2 straps and in the centre of your chest, I believe this would be a great addition to an already impressive backpack.

pockets on the outside are ok, but would be better as modular addons. Using something like the Molle system.
