the push button to change direction is too small and cannot be accessed easily, it is as though it was designed on the basis that the black rubber cover wouldn't be fitted but then when it was fitted the extra few milometers of width on the handle made it very difficult to flick the change of direction switch.

The run time is ok but nothing amazing,

The inbuilt light is poorly located above the trigger and the chuck casts a shadow on where you are trying to bore.

Its hard to see how a product design sat back at the end of the design process on this product and thought "yep, that's a good days work"!

Very good torque in drill and hammer action very good used it a lot and only purchased it 3 weeks ago but cant complain so far
I would consider doing a 3amp battery pack for it as batterys die quicker then you want but having 2 batterys is helping that but considering I only have it 3 weeks must see how long they last
